Vegan is healthy and does not lead to nutrition-deficiencies

First of all, it can never be moral to cause suffering and death to another sentient being;
and killing sentient beings does not make a human into “a good person”. If people would slaughter more than 1000 billion dogs per year/ humans, people would rightly think that was immoral.

But it is not less immoral to kill more than 1000 billion marine animals and 60 billion land animals - as man is doing right now. Each being is sentient and don’t want to be murdered.

We do not get nutrition deficiency if we live on a well balanced vegan diet. Both zinc and iron can be obtained by vegetables, legumes, and other plant-based foods. Check out beans for example and the amount of iron it contains. B-vitamins is produced by bacteria, and can be bought vegan.

Animals proteins are unhealthy and causes cancer, while plant foods give all the amino acids we need, and the rest the body can synthesize from the amino acids that we do get:

The two groups for which a vegan diet is the least healthy for are children and women due to the lack of B vitamins, iron, zinc and the amino acids phenylalanine and tryptophan. Phenylalanine creates dopamine, an excitatory neurotransmitter, and ADHD is caused essentially by a lack of dopamine in the system. Dopamine is also responsible for feelings of compassion and empathy. Tryptophan is the only substance that creates the neurotransmitter serotonin which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that is responsible for our moods, our sleep and for turning the appetite off. Women have lower levels of serotonin naturally and science has found that the greater the amount of tryptophan in the blood stream, the greater the likelihood of tryptophan carrying serotonin will enter the brain. Both of these essential amino acids are found in greatest quantities in animal proteins. These are nutritional facts that carry a scientific burden of proof. Humans are better people because we eat animal proteins, not in spite of the fact.
